- Reservation Required: Advance booking is required to secure your spot. Please contact our reception desk or book online through our website.
- The offer is valid for Adults only. Only Children that are residents of the hotel can use the pool.
- Deckchairs are on a first come first serve basis and a specific one can’t be prebooked or reserved.
- Non-Refundable: Payments for the Day by the Pool offer is non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Limited Availability: The offer is subject to availability. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
- Age Restrictions: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The hotel reserves the right to restrict access to the pool area for safety reasons.
- Dress Code: Proper swimwear is required to use the pool. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals not dressed appropriately.
- Food and Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area. Our poolside bar and restaurant offer a variety of options to enjoy.
- Safety Regulations: Guests must adhere to all pool safety regulations and instructions from hotel staff. The hotel is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to non-compliance.
- Towel Service: Towels are to be returned by the bar
- Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times
- Weather Conditions: Pool access may be restricted or closed due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a voucher for future use.
- Behavior: The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises who is deemed to be acting inappropriately or causing a disturbance to other guests.
